#TuesdayThings: 5 of 16 – First Steps to Create a New Concept: My ETERE

Welcome back to Tuesday Things! Today, we’re taking you on a journey through the initial stages of creating a truly unique concept: My ETERE.

The Inspiration: An Ethereal Sculpture

Imagine a 49-meter motor yacht that embodies the ethereal – a celestial sculpture sculpted by pure wind and air. This was the guiding principle behind My ETERE. We aimed to create a vessel that exudes elegance and a touch of sportiness, all while boasting a completely unique appearance.

Breaking the Mold: Deconstructivism Takes the Helm

Inspired by the Deconstructivism Architecture Movement (think the iconic 1988 MoMA exhibition), My ETERE breaks away from the traditional overlapping decks and levels typically seen in yacht design. We manipulated the surface like a sculptor, aiming to create harmonious and fluid geometries that evoke wind-blown sails.

Thanks to the power of 3D modeling, we were able to achieve a final aesthetic characterized by unpredictability and controlled chaos. It’s a yacht that dares to be different, a true conversation starter on the open seas.

Layout: Where the Sea Meets Luxury

The core concept of My ETERE is to allow guests to feel connected to the ocean from every corner. This is evident in the design of the main saloon, featuring expansive floor-to-ceiling glass walls that blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living. The space seamlessly transforms from a dining area to an al fresco paradise, perfect for entertaining under the stars.

A Haven of Relaxation and Entertainment

The master bedroom is a private oasis, offering generous space and a dedicated terrace accessible through sliding glass doors. Five spacious external decks spread across four floors provide ample room for guests to relax, unwind, and indulge in outdoor activities.
